At Nynae, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth return experience.

Returns

You may return any product purchased from Nynae within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at 📧 support@nynae.com with your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable.

Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged, or defective product).
  • Shipping delays beyond our control (such as customs clearance) are not considered valid reasons for a return.

Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, you will receive:
✅ A Return Authorization (RA) number
✅ Instructions on how to send back the item

As we operate globally, we may not always provide a prepaid return label. However, we will give you detailed return instructions.

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a voucher code for the return process.
  • For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Returns Due to Damaged/Wrong Item

If you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, you are eligible for a return or replacement.

Steps to follow:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos showing the issue.
  3. We will send you an RA number and return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue either:
✅ A replacement (if available)
✅ A full refund

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.

🔹 The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
🔹 Exchanges apply to products of equal value. If the new item has a different price, the customer must cover the price difference.
🔹 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

All returns must meet the following conditions:
❌ The item must be unused.
❌ No signs of damage unless it was received damaged.
❌ Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

💡 Special Exception: In rare cases, we may send a replacement without requiring a return. If the replacement is also unsatisfactory, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling, processing, and restocking costs.

Waiver Conditions

The restocking fee may be waived if:
✔️ The item arrived damaged or defective.
✔️ The wrong item was sent and a replacement is unavailable.

Requests for fee waivers are reviewed case by case.

Nynae reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
